My credit info required an update. My subscription was temporarily suspended. I was unable to make a payment because I could not remember my PIN. Now I cannot find a way to reset my PIN. Accessing customer service is terrible. I have not received any support. Meanwhile my account is locked and cannot use my phone. Please help!

@TonyLutzmann Typically both should work but in the case of cache issues , it can be advantageous to switch between the two or at the very least use incognito private mode when using web . But I would wait one full hour before trying to update the payment card again even go as far as waiting full 24 hours if you have the time to wait and not go with payment voucher for quickest way possible then having wait 24 hours and try again

Thanks for the links. Without them, I cannot find either the payment link or the update PIN link in the menus. I have been accessing my account via webpage not the app. Does that make a difference?

Yes - I updated the card but the payment did not go through. I had to contact an agent to manually process the payment. Thanks for your help.

you need to make a payment after successful update of your credit card. the payment link is hard to find, please use this direct link to load enough money for renewal

and for Account PIN, you can update it using this link

Thank you for your reply. The next problem I had was forgotten PIN. I couldn't figure out how to do a reset. I got some help in Community.

Use this link to reset pin. Then, once you log clear cache and click on Manage Subscription to update credit card info.

@TonyLutzmann What you can do is go to shoppers drug mart and buy payment voucher for PM and load it *611 and resume services right away .and worry about the rest later
