A PUK isn't something that can be reset or changed. Each SIM card or phone (in the case of a SIM Network Unlock PUK) will have it's own unique code.

HI @Zo3 You said your SIM card is locked. If you put your PM SIM in another phone and it asks you the same PUK, then yes, you need a PUK for your SIM card.
But if putting your SIM card in another phone and you do not see the PUK message, the the code your need is a carrier unlock code for that phone. you have trouble with. You will need to find out where you got he phone from and ask that carrier to give you the carrier code

If you have a Samsung phone, it could be locked by them and you need to contact Samsung Canada.
If not, just private message or create a ticket through SIMon Chabot.

@Zo3 is that SIM card PUK? did you set a SIM PIN before and unable to enter the PIN correctly and locked the SIM card? This is the only type of PUK that PM Support can provide.
