I need my account number as I can't access on my portal

were you using the app or browser to login?

if you are using app, go to the Account page and it has the phone number and account number there.  If you are using browser, go to the Profile page and both the account and phone number are there

@D_072  You should be able to log in to your account, select Profile, and your account number should be on that page.  Tap the eye symbol to see the number.  Where is it going wrong in that sequence?

When you are in your account. Go to the Account tab and it will show your name, account number, telephone number and when you joined PM.

My portal is Fine but it's not showing me the account number, I logged in but still can't figure it out what's happening

@D_072   What happens when you try to access your account on the Portal?  If it's because you can't get the authentication text then tap on "didn't get the code" and get it sent by email.  If that's not the problem can you give more detail?
