if you feel you must have a replacement SIM card, you can purchase them at corporate Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinic locations near you. If you’re in the GTA, try canadiancellsupplies.com as they have cheap prices on public mobile SIM cards.

Then, use your self serve page under profile to swap the Sim card associated with your account.

What makes you think your SIM card is no longer usable?

Unless it was damaged, SIM's are very robust.

Is your account active?

Is your phone operable?

To test your phone, try another provider SIM card in it from someone you know to see if it works.

PM will not send you a replacement SIM until they look into what is the problem with your current SIM.

There maybe a few reasons your SIM is not connecting to the PM network.

- Have you kept up with your monthly payment?
Your account maybe suspended nonpayment or closed for nonpayment longer than 90 days. SIM will be rendered useless and you lost your old number.

Just login to your account and check the status of your account.

- They maybe an outage in your area so check the outage map:

- If both are fine then you need to contact a CS_Agent by SIMon Chatbot or private message them to investigate. It could be a provisional/backend issue with your SIM.
