I’m locked out of my account

I’m locked out of my account cause I forbimy password. I did the security questions and email was sent to me... except none arrived. I checked every box I had still no email. I went through every step and I’m losing my mind. Someone please help me.

@Sarahrog1983  the email reset password takes a long time to arrive and expires 2 hours after sent. As posted have a clear browser and use secret mode before you start. Be prepared to act quickly when it arrives as you may only have a few minutes before it expires. Also check spam or junk mail.

If you have not already, you should check your Spam folder.  

Maybe try again and if not working, you will need to contact moderator (as described above), but wait times are 1-2 days.

If you're needing to pay then:

if you have a valid payment card registered here or can buy vouchers in a store or online then you can use the 611 service to do so.

@Sarahrog1983  hi you will probably have to wait an hour and try again use chrome in ingognito mode and reboot your comp if that doesnt work Click the ? on lower right side of the page to generate a ticket to talk with the moderators

@Sarahrog1983  sometimes it can take an hour or so to get the email for reseting the password
