I’m having trouble logging in

I was all set up but my son said it was set up on the wrong account and deleted the eSIM.  But to get back into the account it keeps on asking me to put in the security code that they are sending to his phone which can’t receive message because he deleted the eSIM

@Owensphone  you can get a physical sim but if you can log into your account you will need to contact support and have them sim  swap the number for you , then you you will et the code sent to that new SIM card to log in

@Owensphone yes you can. But a physical sim from Local Telus/Koodo/Mobile Klinik store or Amazon (only $4.99 with free Prime shipping)

Once you got the new sim card , just message support and ask them to change the sim for you

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there

I can’t get back into my account to get another eSIM.  Can I just buy a physical SIM card and insert it into the phone?  I’m already subscribed.

Can I just go to the store and buy any SIM card and use it on the phone?  I’m already subscribed

HI @Owensphone 

you need to re-buy a new eSIM, which is $5

To rebuy the eSIM, you will need to use the app on the phone only and you need to login.  Try to click "Didn't receive code?" and choose email as the option to login

If email is not a choice, you will have to submit ticket with CS agent for help

After you login the app, go to Subscription & add-on page, and go to the bottom and click "Shop sim card" and buy eSIM from there

@Owensphone  You will need to rebuy a new eSIM in in the app subscription add on page notice shop sim select it and choose eSIM download and install or  use this direct link to support to help you and then then the code will send to the new eSIM
