Hi. I lost my SIM card and was trying to replace it with a new one, but I don’t remember my account email address and can’t login to swap the sim.
Can you help me to restore it?

Do a search in your archive email for a Welcome to PM email for the email used and enter then click on Forgot Password.
If you can’t find the email then you need to contact a CS_Agent to help you login to your account.

Remove phone number from public forum.
1. Lost SIM - buy new SIM and replace is through My Account.
2. To gain access to your account, contact agent:
- Send a private message to the CSA - agent by clicking Here
And how one can lose SIM if it snugly sits in a phone??? 😋

@MOHAMED8 remove your phone number for you protection. Click on the down arrow, click Edit Message and remove it
Yes, you need to login to My Account and suspend the service (I assume you lost your phone as well, not just sim card). Please open ticket with one of the 2 ways to get access back to My Account:
