I loaded funds and it somehow disappeared before I could reactivate my plan!!!!!

Log into self service. Go to Payments tab. View Payment History to see where the funds went.

When is your renewal date?

If your account is Active and you still have service. The funds may have been applied to next month service.

How did you load funds? Maybe it reactivated on its own. That's often how it works.
