hello so i have been with public mobile for about 2-3 years and i was wondering what can i do to get a new sim card? mine is old and slow and has been using more of my phone's battery is there a way that i can be sent a new sim card?
What reading have you done to lead you think that's the sim card itself? It sounds like your device or possibly Telus towers and network re-configurations.
