Just spent the last 24 hrs trying to make the change to the 15gb for 40 plan but the site kept kicking me out. Tech issue I understand... just now managed to connect again and promotions gone? I have screenshots of the deal and the tech error msg. Can I get help to now switch?

Just for kicks and giggles, I cancelled my 15GB/4G $40 scheduled upgrade to see if that deal would be available for me to upgrade to. And the result is that YES, it did show back up in the list and I was able to order it again. So, it is very likely that @mg1972 is already scheduled to get the upgrade on his/her next monthly renewal date. If he/she wants to get the new deal immediately, instead of on the next renewal date, it is safe to cancel the scheduled upgrade and then reorder it for an immediate activation.

Sorry for the confusion @softech. I was only providing @mg1972 with a possible explanation as to why he wasn’t seeing the new 15GB/4G $40 deal anymore. My account is fine. I’m OK with waiting until my next renewal date to get the 15GB/4G $40/month deal.

@RenegadeDad if it is already scheduled, you should see a note telling you the scheduled plan change date on your Change My plan page.
Try to login to My Account using Incognito mode and see if you see that note. If not, then schedule the plan change again on My Account

I just checked my account and my son’s account and the 15GB/4G $40 deal is no longer available. It is now listed as a $60/month optional upgrade. However, prior to the PM outage, we both had responded “YES” to the text message from PM, which scheduled the upgrade on our next renewal date. Check your account to see if your in the same boat. It would make sense that if the offer has already been accepted and scheduled to be upgraded at a future date, that it would be removed from the available upgrade options.

The plan is still there, I see it on mine. Please try to login using Incognito mode and you should see it under 4G plans. Make sure you aware there are two $40 plans, the 2nd one is the one you looking for
