Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
As long as you can call - you have minutes no matter what site says.

your account were suspended earlier and you are reactivating it?
or you used up minutes and want to do earlier renewal? If early renewal, you need to ask PM support to help
but if it was suspended and you reactivating, then please reboot your phone to actually test out the minutes
and for My account, login as with Incognito mode and confirm if it shows up new minute batch there
