More details would be helpful. Did you change your plan immediately or at next renewals? Is your plan status active or suspended? Was money taken from your bank/credit card?
Maybe try the lost/stolen phone trick. That seems to reset your plan/account.
To report your phone stolen. Login to your account. Choose Plans and Add-ons tab. Then choose Lost/Stolen Phone tab. The choose Suspend Service tab. Logout. Wait few minutes. Login in and report your phone found.

Did you go for a cheaper plan and get it to change on your renewal date? If so, only the moderators can fix the issue for you. Click on the ? on the lower right hand corner, talk to SIMon the bot and type in submit ticket once you think it understands your issue.
