I got the YES from my old provider when they texted me after I tried to port my phone number to Public Mobile.
Last night, only my old phone was receiveing texts. This morning, I can make phone calls with my old phone but I can't receive them.
Hoping I can speak to a Customer Rep once they open at 9 am EST.
Any help now would be welcome.

@Maikeru When you say your old phone, do you mean your old phone number or are you doing the switch with two separate phones? You mentioned being able to make calls but not receive with your old phone, is that with the old provider sim or the PM sim? After you replied YES to the text did you put your Public Mobile sim card in the phone you plan to use and restart the phone (or are you going with esim?).
