I have two numbers, one Fido and one Public mobile. I tried to port my other number (Fido) to Public Mobile. But I want to keep my other Public mobile number as well. My Public mobile got deactivated, and they changed my Fido number to Public Mobile. Please activate my Public mobile number. It is my primary number. I wanted to change Fido.

You can't do that. Once you port the original number is lost. You would have needed to create a second account Public Mobile account and port the Fido account to that one if you wanted to keep both numbers.

You can try reaching out to support but your original number is likely gone.

But First I want my old Public mobile to get back in service, which got deactivated by mistake porting. Then I will buy new sim and proceed with this procedure.

for new activations you'll need a new sim and a different email address. Then you can initiate port from Fido. Make sure you keep the Fido account avtive until port is successful.
