Hi
I have two public mobile accounts for two specific phones. For simplicity, lets call them act1 and act2. I redeemed $15 for payment on act1. The payment got applied to act2 but $15 of rewards were deducted from both act1 and act2. Therefore, I'm out $15 in rewards.

It is strange that PM redeem from both accounts because each account requires a email address. You will need to login into each account to redeem the $15 credit. It won’t redeem both if you just login to one account.

if you redeemed on both accounts, both accounts would see a $15 credit. Probably just something got mixed up. PM site is known to have problem with cache. Try login both accounts, go to Rewards on both account and check again using Incognito browser mode

it could be just a browser cache problem. Please try again using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account, or try using the PM app (logoff the app first and log back in)
