I have the auto pay and payment was made march 20th and today my service is suspended and asking me to pay again. Please help me as I cannot contact anyone.

I am having the same problem my account was paid on 17th with I had added the funds way before the 17th and now too my phone is suspended and I don't know how to get a hold of anyone to fix it

The problem could be related to the legacy plan issue others are having today.
