I subscribed to public mobile this morning march 15 2025 at 11:50 am and at the end it said subscription not activated. I been trying to get support and nobody follows up, and now it says my account is activated but it isnt, and now it says account is terminated. And you want another payment to continue. You took my payment this morning I got no service and now you want another payment for an account that isn't working.

Might want to check your bank transactions if the payment was returned. If yes, might as well start fresh than waiting for support

Advice by BKNS27 is your best option. Just be aware that a response may take hours or even days. If you do not get a response, send another message. You are not the only one that has been having problems activating their accounts. Good luck.
