Can I use Public Mobile in Cuba?  Do I need  an add-on?

Sorry @EML61 no roaming in Cuba for PM.  Use data sum there or travel eSIM or just hotel eSIM for data.  For voice, you can use VoIp app TextNow.  Or some some would suggest to use WhatsApp or FaceTime for voice, but theae app can only call ppl using the same app
