I have reset the password but have not received the forgot password link

I have clicked on reset password but have not received the forgot password link, It been over an hour still waiting.

Instead of fixing the reset password functionality, asking people to send a private message to reset the password?  but they don't get back to you in a timely manner.  Can you please FIX the reset password functionality?  I am sure @CS_Agent would not want to spend their time to reset thousands of users password manually like that.
