I have another two phones and wanted to login to change the plans but not working:

Two phone no. is here:

xxx-xxx-xxxx      forgot the user email

xxx-xxx-xxxx      forgot the user email

Please send me the user names user these two phones.

You might want to remove your phone number for your protection

 

For the login , First try to use the Reset Password link there on the login page (or direct link: https://myaccount.publicmobile.ca/en/forgot-password) enter any possible email addresses you could have used and see if it works.  If you can find the email and can reset password and login , then go to Profile page, check the phone number and you can confirm what number that email ties to

 

 

 

If you are unable to self reset the password, PM support will be able to help

 

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there

@davidhjhu , are you able to check emails that you own to see which could be possibly have been used to activate the accounts?  If you hang onto old emails, there should have been a welcome email issued upon activation.  If you cannot source the accounts, please use the chatbot link to initiate a support ticket.
