Hi

 

I have ordered 2 SIM cards last week. Apart from the order confirmation, I have not recieved any updates regarding the delivery.

 

How can I get an update on this or track the order?

HI @NipunaRR   no way to check order.  it is sent via Canada post

 

you can submit ticket with CS agent, they would check and if sent long time ago, they would offer to reimburse you the cost for you to buy in person or to send you another one

PM does not provide any updates regarding SIM orders.

It is send by Canada Post and it could take 2-3 weeks to receive. Some customers experienced even longer wait time.

SIM. Card can take up to 3 weeks to arrive , if you need one sooner try calling local Telus Koodo stores for in person pick up .otherwise reach out to support for a status up date for when it shipped and when you can expect it
