You cannot. As PM would have to have special program in place to go over ALL posting ever posted looking for your 'old' ID and change it to 'new' ID.

I believe if you contact a CS Agent and ask to change your profile name, you'd be wasting your time and theirs as they will deny it.

and @Charles_Lzc still try to ask. If the username exposes some personal info, like name or phone number, I think support would help

I asked to do that several months ago and my request to change my ID was denied. They said they couldn't or wouldn't change it.
