Hello,
I have been receiving repeat calls from two numbers. There is nothing in the voicemail and it shows in my account as out going calls. I did not call them. They called me. I have them blocked but how are they showing as outgoing calls?
Thank you!

@Momma22 someone said 1-800-284-0755 is for CapitalOne, you are their customer?

It is the voicemail routing number for my province but it has only been showing up the last few weeks and the other number is 1-800-284-0755. They are incoming calls but show up on my account as an outgoing call. They are both blocked so I will keep my fingers crossed that all is well.
Thank you!

Thank you. That is indeed a number but it only has been showing up in the last few weeks and no voicemail is left so I still wonder why it is showing up as an incoming call and then showing as an outgoing call on my account. The other number 1-800-284-0755. I have them both blocked. Noone has ever left a voicemail. So far I am told it has not affected my account so I will keep my fingers crossed.

@Momma22 important question is .. what exact number is that? if they are number ending with 4001, then it is just voicemail numbers. (the actual VM number list is here: https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/Get-Support/Updated-list-of-Voicemail-Access-Numbers/...)
All calls routed to voicemail because not picked up by you , or if you call VM to check message, they all will show in on the usage history, so it should be ok

What are the two numbers shown?
As mentioned before, it just could be the calls being routed to your voicemail. The caller does not have to leave a message, but it will still show up as an outgoing call.

Is it possible what you’re seeing is numbers which end in 580–4001? If so, this is the local routing number to the voicemail service.
What it means is that someone has called you and their call has gone to voicemail.
It is not technically an outgoing call, even though public mobiles usage screen displays it as such as the call is rooted to the local voicemail number.
