Thanks, that is helpful if I wanted the email for the account I use for Community but not for the account I couldn't recall the email for and which I could logon.

Just click on your avatar on the top right corner of this page then click on your Profile and your Private Stat and it will show your email address.

@tjesso - was a My Account ever created? If not, you can register for one here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
If it was registered before, you can try different ones you may think it could be and try the Forgot your password options.
Otherwise, if that isn't working, CSA can help:https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/contact-an-agent
But, if the account was in nonpay/suspend status for over 90 days, then that account is closed and the number is gong. gone.

HI @tjesso did you try to use Forgot Password link and just put in any email you have? If you got the correct one, then just answer the Security question in the next step
If you are still unable to reset it that way, open a ticket with PM Support, click on the Bubble on the lower right or directly at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
Follow these these to get to ticket open page quicker:
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the moderators (but this can take longer):

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
