I forgot my password and i tried to reset it, but I can't because I also forgot the security question answer (I don't even recall setting up one). How can I reset the password?

The good news is a CSA can resolve this for you pretty painlessly. Once you get in and update your login info, keep it somewhere safe just in case

@LeTien First use the downward arrow top right of your post and edit/delete your tel. number as you're posting on a public forum.

If you cannot self-reset the password using Forgot Password link there, you will have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to assist the password reset process

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
