I forgot my password and the security question answer. How can i get it back?

I forgot my password and i tried to reset it, but I can't because I also forgot the security question answer (I don't even recall setting up one). How can I reset the password?

The good news is a CSA can resolve this for you pretty painlessly. Once you get in and update your login info, keep it somewhere safe just in case

@LeTien   First use the downward arrow top right of your post and edit/delete your tel. number as you're posting on a public forum.

 

If password reset didn't work for you then you need to submit a ticket via chatbot here:  https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html

If you cannot self-reset the password using Forgot Password link there, you will have to open ticket with PM Support and have them to assist the password reset process

 

1. For faster response (2-48 hours), Click on the bubble in the lower right to request CS Agent assistance, or use this direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

**Start with typing "Forgot Login Information", click "Contact Us", click "Click here to submit a ticket".
