@Rosemancini557 if you installed the eSIM already and deleted , sorry, PM cannot send you another one due to some system limitation.
I am afraid you need to change back to regular sim instead for now (hopefully you can change back to eSIM very soon)

The eSIM QR code was email to you. So just scan the code from your email.

@Rosemancini557 Darn once’s deleted you need to get a physical SIM card now and swap it on my account like this . eSIM is only for new activations only not existing customers just yet
