The email attached to my account I can no longer use. I have been trying to get my email changed and get my account working for a very long time and I am ready to just abandon Public Mobile and start with a new company. I have had the hardest time to just fix a minor issue. Your online telephone company should be wayyyyyy more user friendly. How do I change the email so I could use my account. the email used to be xxxxxxxxxand would like to change it. Why is it so hard to talk to an online tech support????

What, specifically, have you done?
BTW @1Queen , you really should remove the personal information on your initial post. Unsure if you're aware, but posting here is completely public as we're just other customers like you, NOT public mobile staff.
To edit it, tap the downward facing triangle upper right in your post, then EDIT out the e-mail address. There's no need to publicize that for all to have.

@1Queen The email address you have used for logging in should still work for logging in, it is just basically a user ID. Once you are logged in you go to your Eversafe profile and change the email address there in case you need to 2FA codes to go to email instead of texting the phone. If you still can't get in then send a private message to customer support via this link

An agent will reply to your community inbox, either envelope icon top right or at Messages by tapping on your avatar if you don't see an envelope.
Bear in mind that the system is down for maintenance for a few more hours yet so your account is probably not accessible for that reason at the moment.
BTW you should really remove your email address since this is a public forum viewable by anyone.
