I just transferred the e-Sim from Virgin plus to Public Mobile. Now I can use the data normally, but I cannot receive any text messages or phone calls. When I logged in to the Public Mobile account, it required me to enter a 6-digit code sent through a message sent to my phone, but the problem is that I cannot receive text messages, so I have no idea how I can verify.

Yes, I did get the text from Virgin plus and replied YES to it, but it seems that it doesn't work.
