I made an account with public mobile some 5 years ago and just put it on autopay and never thought of it again, due to having to use my phone more at work I need more data. I cannot view or change my current subscription. Both the app and online functions ask me to set up a subscription like I’m a new customer but my SIM card is still locked to my current account and I also still pay for it. Support told me to file a ticket, I put in a ticket and a bot apologized for not being able to help? What am I supposed to do here?

I have submitted tickets, still waiting for a response. Is it a 24 hr service or only business days?

I have an ever safe login all set up, it still doesn’t show me anything

Since you have not login for a while, you will need to set up an Eversafe login.

Once you set it up, you should be able to access your account.

you just need support agent to sort it out
