I am able to use data and make outgoing call just fine but when somebody calls me the line doesn't ring.

can you try manually selecting network "3G ONLY" or WCDMA only,

and do Rebooting your phone
This is quick and simple,
*what is mean for Rebooting the phone means to turn off your phone and turn it back on again.
or can you try reseat the SIM card and Make sure your phone is off before removing your SIM card,
1. power off your device
2. take out the SIM card,
3. waiting a 1 minute
4. put it back and power on,
5. toggling airplane mode off/on,
and do again Rebooting your phone,

@messi2boss79 was this a newly activated line and you requested porting you number from another provider? If so, did you get a text from your old provider and did you reply YES within 90 mins? Let us know if this step is missed and we can advise what to do from here

Did you recently port your phone number over to PM ? Try rebooting your phone. If you have another phone then try swapping the sim. Also try shutting down your phone then remove the sim and put it back.
