The data is fine and everything, and I am transferring my old sim card to my new e sim with PM but when I turn off my old sim card, I can't send or recieve any messages with my old number. I also recieved a text but they haven't really told me anything yet.

oh, you are transferring from SaskTel. Could be a problem with the porting then. PM porting support team can help. I have sent you the porting support team number. Please check your Community inbox (envelope on top right), check for the number and call

I don't know about the voice but the data definitely works. PM keeps texting me they gonna reach out but has yet to.

this is a new error to me, I think you need to ask support agent for help. Use Chatbot to open ticket if you can receive 2FA on email, if not, then message them. Here are both ways (Chatbot and message)
