I hope you didn't miss the announcement, eSIM is now available for existing customers as well as you can switch phone with eSIM, you just need to buy another new eSIM for your new phone:

I would hold off on contacting customer support as they will tell you the same as everyone else is telling you. follow the instructions from the replied posts. if you're still having issues transferring, then that's the time to contact customer support

for the time being...you can't transfer to a diff phone.

@Leonardo_Granja at the moment, if you are using ESIM on one phone and you want to change phone, you need to get a physical sim and change over

If you can wait, I think it is good to wait and PM will eventually allow moving eSIM ro another phone

If you cannot wait then get a physical sim from

once you got the new sim, you can then update the sim number from My Account

We are trying to switch the Esim from an iphone to the other but it is saying that we have to contact the support

You'll have to resort to a Physical SIM Card since e-SIM isn't available for existing Accounts, and unfortunately it's not possible to transfer an e-SIM from one device to another since e-SIM uses your IMEI2 Number. 

If you need a SIM Card, Amazon has them on sale for $4.99 right now. Directly from Public Mobile, fulfillment of Prime Delivery in 1-2 days.

@Leonardo_Granja  Sorry eSIM only for new activations for now . Not existing customers . For now you need to get a physical SIM card and in your my acccount SIM card swap the number . Best to call around to local Telus Koodo store for PM SIM card availability or Oder from Amazon

you can't switch an active account to esim...only available to new accounts.
