Can we get an update of the eSIM for exsting PM users?

It's been a while for waiting the feature of enabling the current PM user to switch to eSIM. I believe there's a high demand for this especially with the upcoming release of eSIM-only iPhone 15.

What's the progress now? Will we get an update when it's available?

I'd like to be noticed the first time when it's available. Thanks.

e-SIM is now available to both New Activations and Existing Subscribers of Public Mobile.

You can pick up a Physical SIM Card at any Mobile Knlinic or Telus Corporate Store same day. 

Next best option is Amazon, right now the SIM Cards directly from Public Mobile are only $4.99 with 2-day Prime Delivery.

I think the soonest it will be available for everyone will be with the new iPhone 15 coming out in September, I'm assuming it will be SIMless with e-SIM Only. 

When that happens, it will force Public to introduce the feature to everyone with all Accounts. 

If not on the iPhone 15, 100% with the Samsung S24 Series earlier next year we will see this.

I would assume you would need to get a new esim. I just signed up and they offered me a free esim. Hopefully they will waive the fee for those who need a new esim because their new phone is not compatible with a physical sim

The demand for esim is there, especially with the wait in getting a physical sim.

nobody in the PM Community Forum has eyes on when or if esim will be coming for existing accounts. Just keep watching Announcements and visit the Forum regularly for newest info.

added...some will say it's coming soon, but nobody in here knows for sure.
