I transferred my phone from rogers like a week ago, I received the text message telling the transfer was complete and I cannot receive neither send text messages yet. help please

How did they fix it? I opened a ticket yday and the agent had to Escalate to technical which is a 72 hour time frame.

Thank you, I opened a ticket and they respond within 1 hr and the issue has been fixed.

was it just sms issue? can you get inbound calls?
if SMS, probably a problem with activation. Please ask PM agent to refresh your account.
