please help, i tried so many things and it still won't work.
I typed everything as it is seen on my statement and i also tried not including abbreviations or apt number on address.
help would be appreciated!

My roomie pays for his PM on autopay with a Tangerine Visa debit, so it should def work, may just be a browser issue as suggested

Tangerine only issues Visa debit card to user with a chequing account. Make sure to follow your address printed on your cheque exactly. No space in the postal code.

@EdmontonPublicU - wait at least one hour after your last failed attempt (due to a temporary fraud lock that may have occurred), then follow advice above.
If issues persist, submit a ticket to CSA for assistance.

Do you currently have any card registered with PM?
How do you pay your renewal charge?
VISA debit should be accepted but if you tried too many times maybe it is locked out?
I would try one more time with different browser and then would contact agent for assistance. Too many attempts might trigger fraud lock on your card creating even more issues.

Website is finicky at times. Maybe try a different web browser, clear cache or incognito mode. The name, address should exactly match your bank's information. Sometimes, you get locked out after trying too many times. Might need to wait a few hours and try again.
If all fails, then you will need to submit ticket for customer service agent help.
