I can’t log in my account. It said my email or password not correct. I tried to reset password, but after I entered my email, it still said log in failed, I can’t reset password. Is that mean my email is not correct? What can I do? Thanks

Conduct a search in all your emails for the email you used from PM welcoming you to PM.

@maryma hi it takes 3 hour to reset if you tried to many times,if forgot pass word won't work then contact a cs agent

BTW, you can try again in another 3 hours, but make sure to clear browser cache/cookies and use incognito/privacy mode or another browser.
