Wrong Count for Promotion Data Usage

 I became a new customer in Feb this year for the LNY promotion which promoted extra data for 8 data cycle. So, doing the calculation the data promotion cycle should end in October. However, when I manage my account and notice that my promotion cycle has been used up in eight already. This is just July! Where the rest my promotion? Please fix the issue, since my next billing payment cycle is coming in six days!!!!!!!!

@SuperC  - fyi that member you tagged "Public" is another customer/member, not a Public Mobile representative. Strange, someone else just tagged that user as well.

 

Can you share a screenshot of your Data and usage AND also your Promotions area from your Self Serve account?

 

Perhaps, you just used up the bonus data this cycle. It should be back when your account renews.
