I was just visiting Haines Alaska and my US Roaming add-on would not connect. I couldn't even find AT&T or T-Mobile as a connection option. How to I create a ticket to get my Add-On charges reversed?
Thanks!

Hi Darlicious,
Thanks for the info but I basically gave up while down in Haines, AK this weekend. I was unable to use my US Data Roaming package I bought. Now I tried to get the charges reversed since it was a waste of money. How do I contact customer service via PM when I have no send to contact?
Thanks!

To the best of my research roaming partners do not have reciprocal agreements with other roaming partners.

@darlicious T-Mobile partners with GCI in Alaska, is that certain we cannot tap onto GCI for roaming?

AT&T covers a little less than half of the postal codes in Alaska and along the Alaskan Highway mostly. You cannot connect to T-Mobile as their service is on a roaming partner. As a result you will only get mobile data and texting ability in Alaska. Download textnow for calling and SMS texting. MMS can be sent via mobile data. I would suggest you contact custoner suppirt and ask for a trade to a data only roaming add on if you have a bundle or talk and text.
Check for your coverage here....

T-Mobile coverage in and around Haines.
But do you possibly still see the amount you paid in your balance? If so then you didn't actually complete the purchase.
