One of my accounts needs some help. I can’t do a ticket and have been trying for days. I do the other option but have no idea who to address. And have heard the other option is very hard to identify yourself.

@JRod @hTideGnow - you are advising to include the "@" symbol in private message. But this is incorrect when answering WHO to ADDRESS. You DO NOT include the "@" Symbol @Grinch .
Do not worry, you are one of MANY that have been and are still doing this. And have not a lot of help getting this information clearly by Public Mobile themselves.

when you message the CSA people, include as much account info as you have..ie; account number, phone number, PM pin #, name on account..etc.
While you wait for them to respond..let us know what the prob is and we can usually help with resolution or provide guidance.
