I can’t call or receives calls during the three last days, its enouph

Can you do something asap l can't call and l can’t receive calls all  during the last three days l haven’t get an importante call from my doctor  and l can’t even call him

on a laptop, sign in to your account try this to see if your account is Active or Expired...

@Ahcene5 , what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

 

1. Are you on autopay? If so, please check your account to be sure the payment went through.

2. If your network set on 3G or 4G/LTE?

3. Have you rebooted your phone?

4. If those don’t work please reset your network settings & reboot your phone.

5. Turn off your phone, remove your SIM card from phone for 5 minutes, put Sim card back in, turn phone back on & try calls again.

 

Please let me know how it goes. I used #4 & #5 which fixed it for me.
