this happened to me a couple months ago, it was resolved within three hours. I’m trying to reactivate my account every call I make  to *611 had dropped

frustrating!!!

Try to call 1.855.4PUBLIC from another phone and see if it works

 

If that does not work either, you will have to try to access My Account to make the payment and resume service.

 

Try to use the Reset password link there if you need it reset

 

or If you cannot self reset the password, open ticket with PM Support

1.  Open ticket with Chatbot for faster response (2-48 hours), using direct link: https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Forgot Login Information", then click "Contact Us",, then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. if you have problem with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened. CS Agent will reply to you there
