@Ahcene5 , what troubleshooting have you tried?

1. Is your account on autopay & have you signed into your account to be sure the payment went through?

2. Is your phone on 3G or LTE?

3. Have you rebooted your phone to see if that helps.
4. Try resetting network settings & rebooting the phone then try your calls again. 

5. Turn off phone, remove sim card from phone for 5 minutes then put sim card back in phone, turn phone back on & try calls again.

6. Have you contacted Customer Support? You’re posting this in a public community forum where other Customers reply back. We don’t work for Public Mobile but help each other when we’re able to.

 

If none of those suggestions help please contact Customer Support.

2. Alternatively, you can send a private message to Customer Support Agents by clicking here. You’ll need to be logged in to your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
