I can't access my account to pay my bills. When I try to access my account (xxxxxxxx) another account comes over (xxxxxxxxx). Why this happens I don't know and also I don't own this account.
You guys have a problem with your system. I like to access my account but your system blocks me to enter my account. Please let me know what to do.

No need to post your actual email address lest it be spammed or someone attempts to hack in with it.
Without thr benefit of screenshots, I can only guess that it autofills in this other email address? Where are you seeing this other address appear? In your account's personal details? On the login screen?

What do you mean by "another account comes over"? Are you able to login using the gmail address? With password? Are you using the correct account login link upper right of this page? Are you allowing autofill to login in? Did you save the login for here?

@zerogravity1934 you are on a public forum and are at risk to be hacked,delete your personal info by going to the little arrow in the circle top right of your post and delete it

HI@zerogravity1934 you need to work with PM CS agent to find out why the email is not showing up the correct one. It could be very dangerous as people from the other email can access your account, can SIM fraud or do other evil thing (but you sure you family don't have access and add that email address?)
Please open ticket with PM CS agent and have them investigate
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
start by typing : Contact CS Agent
then Click "Contact Us"
then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

contact support team by CS_Agent to change email and set new password.
