I can't access my account to pay my bills. When I try to access my account (xxxxxxxx) another account comes over (xxxxxxxxx). Why this happens I don't know and also I don't own this account.
You guys have a problem with your system. I like to access my account but your system blocks me to enter my account. Please let me know what to do.
HI@zerogravity1934 you need to work with PM CS agent to find out why the email is not showing up the correct one. It could be very dangerous as people from the other email can access your account, can SIM fraud or do other evil thing (but you sure you family don't have access and add that email address?)
Please open ticket with PM CS agent and have them investigate

Without thr benefit of screenshots, I can only guess that it autofills in this other email address? Where are you seeing this other address appear? In your account's personal details? On the login screen?
