I ordered two SIM card the beginning of July and still have not received them and am having a hard time getting support to see where they are. Please advise

London Drugs does not provide in -person support for Public Mobile customers. Also, they do not activate Public Mobile SiM services, nor would they be able to provide any assistance for SIM cards that have not arrived.

You can go into most London Drugs for in person support if you are sick of doing it online/ are confused.... that is what i did

It should have arrived by now. It is close to 6 weeks now…normally takes 3 weeks to arrive.
Contact a CS_Agent by typing in Create a Ticket on SIMon Chatbot at the bottom of the page or private message them on the envelope icon on top of the page.

If you have tracking or order number you can ask agent for clarification. But SIMs should arrive within 3 weeks unless somebody took them...

If ticketing does not work very first time, contact agent directly.

Watch for envelope in top right corner. It will show Number of unread emails.
