I can't access my account to update payment information

Yesterday, Cs Agent Michelle successfully linked me to unify an old account which I could no longer access. We seemed to have an updated version I could update the info on. I was told to wait 24 hours but 36 hours later, when I logged in I was prompted to change my pswd. This caused an endless series of logons. I think in our session Michelle was able to connect me to my phone's account. At the moment everything is going in circles. Would it be simpler to cancel the old account and start a new one? Note: All I really want to do is update my Visa information.

if you were told you had to use this new handle, you are good, stay with it

just use the link i posted above to message CS agent again and ask them to continue helping

Thanks for getting back to be, @hTideGnow . It's more complicated. Those messages are with @djm57 . When I tried to use this handle this morning, I was told I had to use a new handle "@djm571". Is it possible for me to switch which user I am?

you probably used a different email to login.  You should get the the other login back for djm57

if you cannot find it, try to ask PM support agent to sort out all these login issue.

Thanks @hTideGnow, but when I try to find the messages from a link they emailed I'm told me are not available. Also I have to log in again every time. Also I had to change my handle. I was @djm57 . Now I'm @djm571. Is this normal?

Thanks @hTideGnow , but I need to talk to a CS agent. Right now I seem to have multiple logons. some almost work. Someone with administrative access in needed to untie these knots!

don't cancel old one, it will work, but you need to reply the agent and work with the agent team
