HI @Gordapo   the list was always there.  You weren't aware of it but the announcement clearly showing the list.  You just didn't read it yourself.   You were just lucky it went through which it wasn't supposed to be. And you didn't even pay for it (it was a bonus)

There is really nothing wrong for PM to go back to follow the list that it gave to everyone on the first day

Yes, we see this differently. You got a service that was not actually technically provided. They removed that "free" service in the meantime FROM THE FREEBIE. You paid nothing for the undocumented calling in the first place.

Now, if they were to remove countries that are on the list then you'd have something to complain about. Not being aware of the limited calling countries is not a valid reason either.

The way I see this situation is different.

Last Christmas they gave me 500 International minutes, so I called Croatia.

this Christmas they gave me additional 500 min. And I called Croatia.

Now I can’t call anymore.

 I wasn’t even aware of country list.

I only spent about 100 min in total.

So, they gave me something and took it away.

I’m definitely not a fan of this provider anymore!

If you had previously been able to call Croatia and now not then you had been enjoying an undocumented/unauthorized benefit. We have heard of other losses of undocumented countries in the last while. I guess it's a big oh well. It wasn't authorized anyway as now they've evidently been tightening up the list.

I was calling Croatia.

I read that Fonus is good as long  if don’t abuse unlimited data.

HI @Gordapo   which  is your country?

I am not sure Fonus is reliable

My country wasn’t on the list but I was able call them and I spend about 100 min.

And they blocked it now, what I understand from other peoples.

 I still have about 900 min left which I can not used it.

 I’m done with this provider, going with Fonus.

Thanks for replying.

I have about 900 min left.

Thanks anyways.

I guess that’s the case.

I still have about 900 min left and can not use it anymore.

I’m OUT, going with Fonus!

Thanks for replying.

@Gordapo

Did you have this problem before making LD calls?

I heard that some members were making callings that was not on the allowable countries in the past but PM is now clamping down on this.

@Gordapo

which country you are trying to call and how you make the calls (what number sequence you used)

Please note you need to have the correct add-on to call. Some countries have their specific add-on you need to buy

For the main international add-on, you can only used to call the following countries

Calls must originate from Canada.

If you are using the Holiday bonus, the list is different and can be called less countries:
