*611 wasn't giving me the option for a plan . And I couldn't log into my account I have now after a while of being on the phone it was a little frustrating but got it done thank you 🙂

@Coralea How did you redeem the voucher you bought? There should be a 12 digit code you need to redeem by logging into your self-serve account or by dialing 611.

Voucher are usually used to add funds to your account. Then through your account you can update your plan.
