I have a SIM card already from Fido, and I want to continue using it. But I noticed my SIM card numbers are different, and I don't know how to enter those numbers to complete my subscription. I can show a picture of my SIM card.

Thank you for reminding.

You need to use a new Public mobile SIM card, none public mobile SIM cards or previously used public mobile SIM cards can not be used.

@Niki2

Normally you would not want to post your Sim card #. But since that is not a Public Mobile sim card it's probably not going to harm you unless you use it with that provider. All Public Mobile sim cards start with "89122" followed by 14 other digits. That one will only work with that particular provider.

@Niki2  Every carrier has their own sim card, you would need to get a Public Mobile sim card either direct from PM (which can be slow) or go to a Telus/Koodo store (call ahead for stock) or order from Amazon.
