I am new to public.
I received my SIM in the mail today.
I got confused with the setup and synched my SIM to another email account. (It's a long story why I have 2)
However the SIM is synched to not the account I paid 3 months for.
Please help me I cannot find anyone to talk to about this!!!

that is a tough situation.
The proper way is to close the new account (the one with the new sim card), by logging into My Account and disable "Subscribed" (Pre-Authorized payment)
Then buy a new sim card and go back to the old one and change sim card there.
However, maybe start with PM support and see if they have other tricks to help. Please message them here and explain them the situation
